METHODS OF ORDERING
Stock Items
Order on-line from our catalog. We generally ship in 2 days. Regular mail, priority
mail and express mail are available. Please select the shipping method during
checkout.

Custom Patches and Pins
We want to make your ordering process as quick and easy as possible, but there
are several steps that must be followed.
First fill in the custom quote form with the information regarding your custom patch
or pin. Use the browse button at the bottom of the form to locate and upload your
graphic file, and we will be back to you very quickly with a written quotation.
After you receive the quote with instructions on how to order, go to the custom
order form and enter the information and prices on the price quote to order the
custom item.
RETURN POLICY
Stock catalog purchases may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the
purchase price. S&H is not refundable.
Custom made items are not returnable.
IRON-ON PATCHES
Many of our stock flag patches are iron-on. Iron-on patches have a clear coating
on the back of the patch that allows you to attach the patch to various fabrics
without necessarily sewing. Iron-on patches can be applied to non-stretch fabrics
using a household iron. When applying iron-on embroidered patches, use
medium heat (250-300 degrees) and hold for 8-10 seconds. We recommend
placing a thin material, such as a pillowcase, between the iron and the surface of
the patch.
Iron-on patch backing may also be used to allow your embroidered patch to be
kept in place while you sew the perimeter of the patch to the fabric. This method is
recommended for patches with a merrowed border.
